We just finished working on the following piece for www.Ani.ME, where we produced a 1:30 min micro-documentary style segment on Hikaru Sasahara, of Digital Manga Inc. Hikaru speaks about the story, vision and inspiration behind his company. We shot a total of 3 minutes of footage using a tripod-mounted HVX200 for the main direct shot, and a 5D Mark II with a Canon 16-35mm L series lens for all other shots. Sound was captured via a wireless Shure SM58 placed out of frame. Coloring was done in post to give it a more dramatic feel.
